I focus on a wide variety of problems that tend to either solve a legitimate problem in the lives of those around me or which I expect to be able to learn a lot from solving.
My current interests include computational neuroscience, data exploration, synthetic biology, genetics, and education.

network analysis tool based on our research (eg. , ) on
computing linear restrictions of piecewise-linear neural networks.
ISAM - a novel compiler approach for
deep learning hardware capable of producing code up to 3-5X faster
than hand-optimized libraries.
DeepThin - a novel neural network
compression method and library achieving 60% better accuracy and up
to 15X faster inference speeds.
Action - a browser add-on that simplifies tracking action items during
meetings. Used by teams at Google, Microsoft, U.C. Berkeley, and more.
Currently in long-term-support mode for a small number of users, no
longer available to new teams.
Docs+ - the most
powerful third-party library for building Google Docs addons
LHSCampaign - online platform used
by all student office candidates at Lynbrook High School. LHSCampaign
was recently acquired by Lynbrook, and serves over 1,700 unique users
Develop Academy - now in its
second year, Develop is a middle school summer camp that teaches skills
often overlooked by traditional schooling.
Classfinder - a website students
can use to share schedules and find out who will be in their classes.
